Registration Fees
NACDS will apply the registration fee from the prior registrant. It is the new registrant's financial responsibility to make any necessary accounting updates/changes to reflect the substitution with their company.
Website Information
Selected areas of the conference web site will be accessible to conference registrants only. Your login information will be activated once the substitution has been completed and your registration confirmation is sent. Your username is your email address. If you do not know your password, or have not set up a password, you can use the “Forgot Password” function to reset it. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact the NACDS Registration Department at registration@nacds.org.
Important Hotel Information
The deadline to secure a reservation through NACDS Housing has passed. If you need to make a hotel reservation, make changes to an existing reservation, or cancel an existing reservation, please contact the hotel directly at (239) 390-4338.
Please note that NACDS can no longer guarantee hotel rates or availability. Additionally, after Friday, December 19, 2025, no hotel refunds will be given for any hotel reservation cancellations, date changes or no-shows. If you have any questions, please contact the MCI USA at nacdsregional@mcievents.com.
The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point requires a first and last night’s deposit, which may be charged to the credit card provided as early as Friday, December 19, 2025. No refunds will be available for changes or cancellations made after this date.
