All cancellations must be submitted by Friday, March 6, 2026 to be eligible for a refund less a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be available after Friday, March 6, 2026. All registration cancellations and substitutions must be submitted to NACDS using the forms available on the Annual Meeting Website. Refunds, if applicable, will be made after the meeting. HOTEL INFORMATION
You are responsible for canceling your room reservation. Please access your hotel reservation using the link in the hotel confirmation email you received when you booked your room.
The hotel requires a first and last night’s deposit, which may be charged to the credit card provided as early as Monday, March 16, 2026. No refunds will be available for any hotel cancellations, date changes, or no shows after this date. If you have any questions, please contact nacdsannual@mcievents.org.
