  • REGISTRATION POLICIES
    All registration cancellations and substitutions must be submitted to NACDS using the forms available on the Regional Chain Conference Website. For paid registrations, all individual cancellations must be submitted by Friday, December 18, 2026, to be eligible for a refund less a $250 administrative fee. After December 18, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Refunds, if applicable, will be made after the meeting. If you have any questions regarding your meeting registration, please contact the NACDS Registration Department at registration@nacds.org.

    HOTEL INFORMATION
    You are responsible for canceling your room reservation. Please access your hotel reservation using the link in the hotel confirmation email you received when you booked your room.

    The hotel requires a first and last night’s deposit, which may be charged to the credit card provided as early as Friday, December 18, 2026. No refunds will be available for any hotel cancellations, date changes, or no shows after this date. If you have any questions, please contact nacdsregional@mcievents.org.
